The firm is a long standing member of the Solicitors Family Law Association (renamed resolution in 2005), a national association of over 5,000 solicitors who are committed to promoting a non-confrontational atmosphere in which family law matters are dealt with in a sensitive, constructive and cost-effective way. In addition, the firm achieved the Law Society’s prestigious LEXCEL award in June 2004, further emphasising the firm’s commitment to the highest standards of client care and service. It remains one of the few sole practitioner firms to have gained this quality mark.

Penny Raby is a Senior Solicitor with over 20 years experience in divorce finance matters. She has been President of West and North Yorkshire Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA), Worcestershire SFLA, first lady President of the Worcestershire Law Society (returning to the role in 2003/04), and Public Relations Officer for the Huddersfield Law Society, the Yorkshire Union of Law Societies, the Worcestershire Law Society and SFLA. She has appeared on television and radio on many occasions.The Practice Director, Mike Gordon is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), assisting clients with the financial analysis and forensic accountancy required to conclude final and comprehensive settlements in each case. He is Treasurer of Worcestershire resolution and Vice Chairman of CMA Gloucestershire & Herefordshire.Penny and Mike are married with two children. Penny enjoys horseriding while Mike is a fanatical golfer. Both participate in the local Village panto for fun every year (free tickets for clients !!)Personal assistants, Debbie and Sharon are both pursuing legal studies, and all work as a team to give the most efficient service possible. Every file is under Penny's direct supervision.

The practice operates from discrete and tastefully converted cottage properties adjacent to the Abbey, dating from the 16th century … and proud winners of “Pershore in Bloom 2003” ... and again in 2004 !!
