Mention it to the person dealing
with your matter. If you are still unhappy after that, please raise the
matter with Mrs Raby who will investigate it and contact you to talk about
the problem. It will help if you put your complaint in writing (keeping
a copy for yourself). Afterwards Mrs Raby will write to you confirming
your complaint, the discussion and what we will be doing with regard to

Mr Leitch to deal with each other's complaints if clients prefer. This

If you are still not satisfied
you can get help from the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors. Ask

on whether you have grounds to complain.
