Complaints Procedure

PENNY RABY & CO aims to offer all its clients efficient and effective quality service. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way please tell us. We can try to put it right, and will look into it promptly and thoroughly.

Mention it to the person dealing with your matter. If you are still unhappy after that, please raise the matter with Mrs Raby who will investigate it and contact you to talk about the problem. It will help if you put your complaint in writing (keeping a copy for yourself). Afterwards Mrs Raby will write to you confirming your complaint, the discussion and what we will be doing with regard to the problem. You may also contact another firm of property lawyers, Andrew Leitch & Co, 16 Merstow Green, Evesham, Worcestershire, United Kingdom, WR114BD, telephone number +44 (0) 1386 49227. We have an arrangement with Mr Leitch to deal with each other's complaints if clients prefer. This will be at no extra cost to you.

If you are still not satisfied you can get help from the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors. Ask us for their leaflet "How and When and Help form", which explains how to complain to them or telephone HELPLINE 0845 608 6565 for advice on whether you have grounds to complain.
