To use the fixed fee service - download Form E. Complete with copy documentation and send to us by post with a cheque for £587.50. There is no need to have the document sworn on oath at this stage. We will then forward a preliminary diagnosis of your financial position and the options open to you by mail or e-mail at your choice, within 14 days of receipt of your information. Of course we can only advise you on the basis of what you tell us, but most clients find that this is extremely helpful in deciding what to do next and how much flexibility they have in reorganising their lives.
